แอปพลิเคชันสวัสดีทุกวันถูกออกแบบภายใต้หลักการ Privacy by Design (คำนึงถึงความเป็นส่วนตัวตั้งแต่แรกเริ่ม) และ Offline-First:

✨ ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลระบุตัวตนส่วนบุคคล (No Personal Data Collected): แอปพลิเคชันไม่มีการเก็บรวบรวม บันทึก หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลระบุตัวตน เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, ที่อยู่อีเมล, หมายเลขโทรศัพท์, รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ (Contacts), ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง GPS หรือข้อมูลบัญชีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
  • ไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนหรือสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้: คุณสามารถเปิดใช้งานทุกฟีเจอร์ในแอปได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้อง Sign In, สมัครสมาชิก หรือผูกบัญชีโซเชียลมีเดีย
  • ทำงานบนอุปกรณ์ของคุณ (Local Storage): ข้อมูลการใช้งาน เช่น รูปภาพที่กดเป็นรายการโปรด (Favorites), การเลือกธีมสี (Dark/Light), และเวลาแจ้งเตือน จะถูกบันทึกไว้ในฐานข้อมูลเฉพาะภายในโทรศัพท์ของคุณเท่านั้น และไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลเหล่านี้ออกไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายนอก

📱 2. สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ (Device Permissions)

แอปพลิเคชันขอสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของฟังก์ชันหลักตามความประสงค์ของผู้ใช้เท่านั้น ดังนี้:

(Android 13 ขึ้นไป)		 ใช้เพื่อส่งการแจ้งเตือนคำอวยพรประจำวัน ตามเวลาที่คุณเลือกตั้งค่าไว้ในหน้าการตั้งค่าเท่านั้น โดยคุณสามารถเปิด-ปิดสิทธิ์นี้ได้ตลอดเวลา
SET_WALLPAPER ใช้เมื่อคุณแตะปุ่ม "วอลเปเปอร์" เพื่อตั้งค่ารูปภาพคำอวยพรที่เลือกเป็นภาพพื้นหลังหน้าจอของโทรศัพท์
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE ใช้สำหรับตรวจสอบสถานะเครือข่าย ซิงก์รายการรูปภาพคำอวยพรชุดใหม่จาก Cloudflare CDN และโหลดการแสดงผลโฆษณา
พื้นที่จัดเก็บรูปภาพ (MediaStore) ใช้ระบบ Scoped Storage ของ Android เพื่อบันทึกรูปภาพคำอวยพรลงในอัลบั้ม Pictures/สวัสดีทุกวัน ตามที่คุณสั่งบันทึกเท่านั้น โดยไม่มีการอ่านหรือเข้าถึงรูปภาพส่วนตัวอื่นๆ ในเครื่องของคุณ

📢 3. บริการของบุคคลที่สามและโฆษณา (Third-Party Services & Ads)

แอปพลิเคชันมีการแสดงผลโฆษณาแบนเนอร์ (Adaptive Banner) และโฆษณาคั่นระหว่างหน้า เพื่อสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการพัฒนาและให้บริการฟรีแก่ผู้ใช้งาน โดยใช้บริการจาก:

  • Google AdMob (Google Play Services): เพื่อนำเสนอโฆษณาที่เหมาะสม AdMob อาจมีการเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลทางเทคนิคบางประการ เช่น Google Advertising ID (GAID), ข้อมูลรุ่นอุปกรณ์, ระบบปฏิบัติการ, และข้อมูลการตอบสนองต่อโฆษณา ตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของ Google
  • คุณสามารถศึกษานโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและวิธีที่ Google ประมวลผลข้อมูลโฆษณาได้ที่:

  • การปิดหรือรีเซ็ตโฆษณาเฉพาะบุคคล: คุณสามารถรีเซ็ตหรือลบ Advertising ID ได้ด้วยตนเองตลอดเวลาผ่านการตั้งค่าบนเครื่อง Android: การตั้งค่า (Settings) > ความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy) / Google > โฆษณา (Ads)

☁️ 4. เครือข่ายการส่งมอบเนื้อหา (Content Delivery Network - Cloudflare)

แค็ตตาล็อกรูปภาพคำอวยพรคุณภาพสูงได้รับการจัดเก็บและส่งมอบผ่านบริการ Cloudflare R2 Object Storage / CDN เพื่อให้การดาวน์โหลดภาพเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและปลอดภัย โดย Cloudflare ให้บริการตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยระดับโลก และไม่มีการนำข้อมูลการร้องขอไปใช้เพื่อระบุตัวตนของผู้ใช้

👶 5. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็กและเยาวชน (Children's Privacy)

แอปพลิเคชัน "สวัสดีทุกวัน" ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหารูปภาพดอกไม้ ธรรมชาติ คำอวยพรที่เป็นมงคล เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้ใช้งานทุกเพศทุกวัย (Family-Friendly) แอปพลิเคชันไม่มีเจตนาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใดๆ จากเด็กที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี (หรือเกณฑ์อายุตามกฎหมายในแต่ละประเทศ) หากผู้ปกครองพบว่ามีการส่งข้อมูลใดๆ สามารถติดต่อผู้พัฒนาเพื่อดำเนินการลบได้ทันที

🔐 6. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล (Data Security)

การสื่อสารข้อมูลระหว่างแอปพลิเคชันและเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทั้งหมดดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางที่มีการเข้ารหัสความปลอดภัยขั้นสูงด้วยโปรโตคอล HTTPS (TLS 1.3) เพื่อป้องกันการดักจับหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลระหว่างทาง

✨ No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Collected: We do not collect, store, or share personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts list, precise GPS location, or any user credentials.
  • No Registration Required: You can use all core features of the application immediately without signing up, logging in, or connecting social media accounts.
  • Local Data Storage: Application preferences, including favorited greeting cards, display theme (Dark/Light mode), and notification alarm times, are stored locally on your device (via local Room Database / DataStore) and are never transmitted to external servers.

📱 2. Device Permissions

The application only requests permissions strictly necessary to perform its advertised features:

Permission Purpose & Usage
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
(Android 13+)		 Used exclusively to deliver scheduled daily greeting notifications at the time you configured in the settings. You can enable or disable this at any time in system settings.
SET_WALLPAPER Used when you explicitly tap the "Wallpaper" button to set your chosen greeting image as your phone's home or lock screen wallpaper.
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Used to check network connectivity, synchronize new greeting card catalogs from Cloudflare CDN, and serve advertisements.
Media Storage (MediaStore API) Utilizes modern Android Scoped Storage to save greeting images directly to your Pictures/สวัสดีทุกวัน gallery folder upon your request. We do not read or access any other personal media on your device.

📢 3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

To support ongoing maintenance and provide this app free of charge, we display ads using Google AdMob:

  • Google AdMob (Google Play Services): AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous technical data, including the Google Advertising ID (GAID), device identifiers, OS version, and ad interaction metrics to deliver non-personalized or personalized ads.

  • Opting Out / Resetting Ad ID: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID anytime in your Android settings: Settings > Privacy / Google > Ads.

Greeting card images and catalog manifests are delivered through Cloudflare R2 / CDN to ensure fast and reliable global delivery. Cloudflare operates under strict industry data protection standards.

👶 5. Children's Privacy

Our app provides wholesome, culturally positive greeting cards and is suitable for general audiences of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any data has inadvertently been collected, please contact us immediately.

🔐 6. Security

All network communications between the app and backend CDN/ad servers are protected using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3).
